Yesterday we had Mary's shower. There were a lot of people that came, and we all had a good time. Mary received many nice gifts. There are only a few of the presents posted here.
Aunt Diane, Grandma Braithwaite, and two of Mary's friends:
Aunt Collette, Julie, Sabrina (cousin), and Natasha (cousin):
We played a fun game where Doreen had us guess the price of 25 different food household items. On each question the closest person to the correct answer received a candy bar. Mary was given all of the food in the end to start her married food supply.
The food was yummy and the cake (decorated by Deborah) was awesome.

After games we headed downstairs for the movie section. Mary was put on the treadmill while we all watched a movie that was prerecorded with questions for Jared. Mary had to guess what Jared's answers were. If she guessed wrong the speed on the treadmill would be increased and she would be given a piece of Bubblicious gum. By the end of the movie she was running on speed 6 and had five pieces of gum in her mouth.
After the movie portion, we went back upstairs for PRESENTS!! Mom got Mary this book:

By this point, Mom had to clear her throat:

After the shower, the balloons were brought back home for the kiddos to play with:
